The management sexual harassment prevention course teaches managers how to identify and act to eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace. Starting with an overview and refresher of the different types of sexual harassment that appear in the workplace, this course then covers how to properly address harassment and the negative impacts of allowing a culture of sexual harassment to develop in the workplace.
